§	We accept our role in protecting and respecting the client’s operating environment. We ensure it is handed back in at least the state in which it was accepted or, where feasible, more manageable and tidier than before.

§	We undertake to adhere to all appropriate company, local, national and European regulations and legislation applicable to the environmental requirements of any designated working area.

§	Data Destroy promotes it’s own company recycling and the minimisation of non-essential waste in all of our day to day operations.

§	We encourage Data Destroy employees, where possible, to adapt working techniques or machine operation to compliment the area in which they work. In this way we keep noise and emission generation to only the necessary amount.

§	Data Destroy training programmes place great importance on highlighting the environmental responsibilities of each and every one of our employees.

§	To minimise environmental and personal risk, we only assign employees into situations within which they are properly trained to operate, such as with the handling of machinery or noxious chemicals.

§	We review our environmental policy on a regular basis and we comply with any appropriate new developments or changes in industrial legislation

§	Data Destroy is committed to minimising the impact of the entirety of it’s operation on the environment by means of a programme of continuous improvement and the education of our staff in these areas.
